Our Exchange Policy We at TGWISH are committed to providing our customers the best quality and value when purchasing our toys. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept full returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be valid, returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. We accept any item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that any item that has been damaged, used, or altered from the original condition will not be accepted. TGWISH reserves the right to inspect the condition of the item and verify its eligibility for return or exchange at our discretion. Refunds or exchanges may be denied for items returned in a condition that has been damaged or altered from their original condition. We will gladly accept all products purchased from our TGWISH website for exchange or refund as long as the product was purchased within the last 30 days. We accept exchanges only.
